About the meeting:
The most popular books do not always make for the best discussions, as proved by our March selection. Although many people gave Self-Made Man a low rating, somewhat put off by the subject matter and the way it was presented, it did inspire a very lively and thoughtful discussion about the author’s experiences and the roles of men and women in our society.
